This new trend-led colour option gives the popular i.life collection a contemporary aesthetic and sophisticated edge. Glossy Grey is available on a selection of i.life B’s vanities, toilets, and bidets, all of which have been designed in collaboration with renowned Italian studio, Palomba Serafini Associati (PS+A). The entire collection was built to be flexible, with the wide variety of models on offer meaning users never have to sacrifice beauty for practicality – whether specifying for a large family bathroom or smaller ensuite. Ideal Standard launches new sustainable shower system Alu+
Ideal Standard has exclusively previewed its latest showering range, Alu+, launching in June 2023. The new collection stands out with its modern colour palette, practical features and strong sustainability credentials, offering customers a contemporary shower solution for modern living. In terms of aesthetics, the shower systems feature elegant rectangular lines that are perfectly accented by the circular mixer, showerhead and hand spray. The contemporary design is further complemented with the option of three low-sheen finishes – Silk Black, Rosé and Silver, giving customers the option to play with colour in a new and exciting way. Sustainability has been prioritised too, with Alu+ created from high quality recyclable aluminium that is made up by 84% recycled content. Completely free from chrome, lead and nickel, Alu+ also features water saving technology, which is built into the entire range – the flow limiters restrict consumption to just 8 l/min for the hand spray and 12 l/min for the rain shower without impacting performance. All plastic parts of Alu+ are made from high performance, drinking water compliant polymers to ensure water is never polluted with harmful plastics. In fact, Ideal Standard is making sustainably conscious decisions throughout the full product lifecycle for Alu+, with all packaging being completely recyclable and free from single use plastics. The collection will be available in August 2023.

Part of the Atelier Collections, the striking shower products follow the same minimalist aesthetic of the Solos basins and fittings which debuted at Salone del Mobile in 2022. The range combines intuitive, smart controls with a variety of different spray modes and an integrated ambient light, to create a sophisticated all-in-one showering solution that provides a true spa-like experience. The new additions will be launched in September 2023 and have been designed in collaboration with Palomba Serafini Associati (PS+A). The sleek lines and clean edges create a distinct look that echoes the complementary ceramics and taps, while the smart features and easy-to-use controls offer modern convenience and everyday luxury in the bathroom. The shower range is available in timeless chrome, trendy silk black and Ideal Standard’s unique durable PVD finishes: brushed gold, silver storm and magnetic grey. For the ultimate spa-like shower experience, the Solos shower range features a standout integrated colour-changing light in the overhead shower which can be set to create a relaxing atmosphere. Users can customise the colour and brightness of the LED to match their mood with the inbuilt smart technology that integrates with any smart home app, such as, Philips Hue or Amazon Echo. Furthermore, both the hand-spray and overhead shower offer three luxurious spray modes including Rain, 2nd Skin, Active Massage and the new SilkRain jet, which dispenses ultra-fine water droplets that envelop the entire body.
