Hansgrohe Group Presents Award-Winning Innovations at the ISH 2025

The Hansgrohe Group was once again successful at the world’s leading trade fair for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (ISH) in Frankfurt. 163,000 visitors from Germany and all over the world came to the Frankfurt exhibition halls – 6 percent more than at ISH 2023. With a focus on sustainability, design and customer orientation, the company presented new product innovations of the AXOR and Hansgrohe brands on 2,000 square meters in the “Festhalle”. Special attention was also paid to the “Sustainable Living” area, with forward-looking solutions for the responsible use of water.
Multiple Awards for Technology, Design and Service
The Hansgrohe Group has been honored with awards in the areas of sustainability, design and service. A product presentation was honored with a major award: The Architeller Award for the collaboration with Hydraloop recognizes a commitment to sustainability and responsible use of water. The compact, cupboard-sized treatment system collects wastewater from showers, bathtubs, washing machines and condensation from heat pumps, air conditioners and clothes dryers, known as gray water, and cleans and disinfects it using an innovative biological process. In addition to the technological developments, the designs of the premium brand Hansgrohe were also honored: Hansgrohe Raindance Alive and Avalegra AquaUnit received two of the three iF Gold Awards in the sanitary category. The Best of SHK Award honored the Hansgrohe iClub concept for the exchange of experiences with first place in the Marketing category. “We are particularly proud of this award because we won it through a reader vote. This means that our target group itself decided that our concept offers real added value. This is both an incentive and motivation for us to continue developing the Hansgrohe iClub”, says Lara Henk, Project Lead Marketing Hansgrohe Germany, who networks customers from all over Germany via the Hansgrohe iClub. The successes achieved were celebrated at the evening Hans Party on Monday and Wednesday at the stand.
Resource-Saving Solutions and Excellent Design Attract Visitor
The further development of the “Sustainable Living” area, which showcased innovative ways of saving water and energy and recovering it, aroused great interest. Hydraloop, the innovative gray water recycling system, also met with great interest from visitors to the trade fair. At the same time, the AXOR design brand impressed with the new AXOR ShowerSphere shower collection in collaboration with Antonio Citterio. The Hansgrohe brand presented pioneering complete solutions for all areas of the modern bathroom under the motto “Life is waterful”. Among other things, the premium brand presented Avalegra AquaUnit, a completely new product category: the innovation represents a symbiosis of faucet and washbasin. “Excellent products, emotional brand messages and a fantastic trade fair stand – a formula for success to inspire our customers and partners”, summarizes CEO Hans Jürgen Kalmbach and adds: “But an essential part is missing: without the many employees, the ISH would not be possible. On behalf of the entire Management Board, I would therefore like to thank all of our colleagues who have worked so dedicatedly on the preparation and implementation of ISH and in the plants”.
