In Milan, in the Maggiolina district, a couple entrusted the Nomade Architettura studio with the task of designing a family cocoon, with a small swimming pool. The result is a home combining comfort and design, which meets the needs of its tenants.
Here is a property that would make more than one dream. It is in one of the most historic districts of Milan, in Maggiolina, “city of journalists”, known for its eclectic and non-conformist architecture, that the Italian agency Nomade Architettura realized this family nest of 140 m2. Intended to accommodate a household with three twins, the home, located in a residential building surrounded by parks and green spaces, takes advantage of the boldness of its designers to deploy contemporary living rooms and convenient to live. Upon entering, the visitor is struck by the beautiful white interior, which makes the apartment both peaceful and elegant. With a sublime view overlooking its neighborhood, it offers beautiful volumes bathed in light following an aesthetic reflecting taste and refinement. Furnished with signature furniture and decorated with colors ranging from soft white, natural wood and light gray to striking ultramarine blue, black and anthracite, the space is cleverly optimized. As for materials, the architects have chosen a clever mix of noble and natural materials. Wood, marble and fabric are combined to give the whole a chic aspect and a perfectly controlled originality and make this place a refuge out of the ordinary.
